Taiwo Lemoshe @ 50!
A Man Helped By God
Biography
Taiwo Olamiposi Lemoshe was born November 4, 1975, as a twin to the late Elder Festus Oludademu Lemoshe and Pastor Mrs Sarah Oluremi Lemoshe in the city of Lagos. He and his twin are the last of their parents, and their birth was an answer to the longing of their father, who at the naming of their immediate elder brother vowed that his wife would not rest until she gave him twins (one of his own parents was a twin).
Taiwo had his nursery education at Maryland Covent Private School from 1977 to 1980, then moved to St. Agnes Primary School due to the Jakande takeover of missionary schools, and he had his primary 1-6 there, where he was exceptional in his academics (was only within the 1st-3rd bracket). In 1987, he proceeded to Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School and finished in 1993.
During the course of his secondary education, Taiwo received the life of Christ on August 25, 1991, though he had been raised in a Christian home and preached his first message at age 10 in 1985 at The Redeemed Christian Church of God (Oke-Ira parish), 7 Sumonu Street, Oke-Ira, Lagos. Taiwo became the president of his secondary school Christian club in 1992 and held this till he graduated in 1993.
Taiwo’s dream was to study medicine and surgery at the Obafemi Awolow University, Ile-Ife, but by God’s divine orchestration, he got admission to study agriculture at the University of Ibadan in 1995, where God used him mightily on campus, where he pastored the largest Christian fellowship, The Redeemed Christian Fellowship (RCF). He thereafter went to serve in Edo State, where he was again privileged to become the president of the Nigerian Christian Corper’s Fellowship (NCCF) in 2002.
Upon completion of his NYSC in 2002, Taiwo resumed back as a minister in The Redeemed Christian Church of God, where he was appointed a minister under Pastor PK, Olawale, and Pastor Bola Odutola. He was very resourceful to the church, but in 2009 he had to leave after getting his pastor’s approval and blessing to start the ministry God had put in his heart since 1994/1995.
In 2005, Taiwo got married to his heartthrob and friend of ten years and has been blessed with two great children, one a graduate of business administration from Covenant University and the other rounding off his high school.
On December 13, 2009, God’s Chamber Church, now known as God’s Chamber Global Ministries, was born and commissioned by Rev. Sam Adeyemi. The church has grown to have a number of expressions in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. In 2024 Taiwo was honoured with a doctorate degree in transformational leadership from Myles Leadership University in recognition of his exceptional leadership, and in most recently he graduated with a Distinction in MBA (Business Leadership and Practice) from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland.
Taiwo is a man that has been marvellously helped by God.
