Holding a degree in Crop Protection and Environmental Biology from the University of Ibadan, where he also served as the president of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship, he laid a foundation for both academic and spiritual leadership. His leadership extended to his presidency over the Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship in Edo State, where his influence and dedication left an indelible mark. Before fully embracing the call to ministry, he worked with Glo Mobile, one of Nigeria’s premier telecom companies, where he honed his skills in corporate leadership.

His relentless pursuit of knowledge and growth is evident in his extensive leadership training, including courses from Daystar Leadership Academy, BonMenebari Leadership Foundation, Christian Leaders Advance Strategic Service Intensive Course, Rhema Bible Training Centre (Nigeria), and Peak People Developers, among others. He also has an MBA in Business Leadership and Practice from Edinburgh Napier University, showcasing his commitment to not only spiritual but also practical leadership. In 2024, in recognition of his extraordinary contributions to transformational leadership, he was awarded a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Myles Leadership University.
